I believe that a liberated and truly joyful life is possible for everyone.
Nothing in life will ever feel right unless it feels like you. To me, the definition of "right" is when my energy flows freely (i.e. when I feel alive).
All of my work aims to support you on your path of moving into the life that feels SO you.
At times, transforming can feel pretty brutal. I believe we must go to our darkest place alone, but we don’t have to be alone during the process.
I’m here to create and hold spaces for you where you can transform and express yourself freely.
Having explored the opposite in the earlier part of my life, I now live in a self-loving and self-supportive way. Not 24/7, but able to to return to this state quite quickly. I enjoy being sober and kind to my body, friendly yet firm with my mind, open in my heart, connected with my sexuality and sensuality, and in a partnership that feels like both—home and an expansive adventure at once.

As a KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) facilitator, transmitting life force energy and non-dual states of consciousness, I help you align with what feels right for exactly you and bring forth your true potential. I love this process as it works fast, shows you who you can really be, and translates quickly to everyday life decisions.
As an ECA-certified systemic coach, I facilitate the implementation of your newfound aliveness and beliefs in everyday life until they become your new identity, reflected in your life’s reality.
My passion is dance, or: moving to music, and I love to combine that with KAP. Pleasure and joy are healing tools that are often forgotten about—and they are accessible now, in this moment—not only in a distant, more “healed“ future.
I am also a trained breathwork and PSYCH-K facilitator.

Under the name Mira Roth, I have penned numerous screenplays for German TV. I studied at the University of Fine Arts Berlin and Film University Potsdam—and am forever enrolled in the School of Life.
I bloom in places where palm trees grow next to pines, on red soil, close to the sound of the wild sea. At the moment, this is in Portugal for me.
